HP Global Strategy
Gensler
One of the strongest and proudest growth moments of my career. Working closely with the amazing talent at HP to optimize their global portfolio after two acquisitions has created an overly complex, and sometimes redundant, portfolio of real estate. The exceptional design team, that I had deep privilege to direct, set in motion a straight forward approach to optimize all spaces to both accommodate the ever-evolving needs of the HP team globally and met operational goals of the portfolio. Over 18 months, we successfully optimized the global portfolio through disposition and renovation; touching over 26M square feet around the globe.
Confidential Integrated Resort
Wilson Associates
My career has proven time and time again that some of the best business minds are contained in the development of integrated resorts; and our current partnership is no different. This prime location contains exceptional opportunity to capitalize on the thriving community through the reinvention of the gaming, food and beverage, entertainment and hotel components. Through our client partnership, our interior design team is continually pushing boundaries of guest engagement that will stand as a beacon in the community.

Fairmont Hotel
Gensler
A great result from an amazing collaboration. Through the strength of the Fairmont brand and team, combined with the expertise of PNC Development team – we found a stellar design result in the Fairmont Pittsburgh, located at the Three PNC Tower in downtown. Tapping into the history of the site, we were able to blend the stories of site near the confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers to make the Ohio River, alongside the deep history of the men who made Pittsburgh the city it is today.
Allegiant HQ
Gensler
During the boom of Las Vegas development in the 80’s and 90’s, and large cluster of single-story strip centers were constructed to house the offices of the developers, architects, contractors and casino temporary staff. As the boom faded, these strip centers converted to retail. Allegiant wanting to be good stewards of their local community, opted to absorb and convert a series of these existing buildings to better preserve the ecosystem. Our partnership grew to allow us to construct a new approach to airline headquarters that provided both necessary security and openness between departments. An innovative solution that was driven by a strong partnership between all players; and honestly a fun project.
